Worst experience . Don’t believe the photos you see on their website. Customer service is terrible. Forget about returning the item because you would have to pay for it to be returned to China. Then you run the risk of them claiming not to have received it. Worst experience ever. I am going to throw the rubbish they sent straight into the trash where it belongs.
I brought a dog vest for my border terrier. Kadenoshop in the Netherlands supplied the wrong size. They wanted me to return my purchase to China along with paying customs,for an exchange to be made possible. . Their suggestion of purchasing another dog vest at a discounted rate was unacceptable.The cost of returning the vest ,with customs,was almost as much as the cost of the item. My loss ,their gain!
STOP STOP STOP - NEVER again. This is the worse buy I have ever made on the internet. I ordered a LARGE Toy Truck with small cars inside. I received a very small truck and with the wrong cars inside.I am not going to get my money back. I can get a 60% discount on my next buy. There will NEVER be a next buy. I thought it was a Dutch company but, I think everything are send from CHINA - and it is in a VERY BAD QUALITY. I am so ANGRY. The price of the truck was 499 DKK and a Christmas gift for my Grand child
