Do not recommend this site at all

Do not recommend this site at all. They sent an Order Confirmation email on 4th May, and then email with Shipment update on 13th May with Tracking no. Emailed them on 27th May for shipment status, no response after 3 days. Up to now now (30th May), I still haven't receive the parcel.

Really disappointing experience with NineLife

I ordered a multi pack including a Body Glide anti Chafing stick and Skin Glide cream in May 2024 and in August I'm still awaiting the anti Chafing stick despite assurances from Ninelife that they'd rectify.

Ninelife is a scam

I ordered an electronic counter on 3/Feb. They informed me the product I ordered is not available on 13/Feb. Ask me if I can accept another similar product. I replied them yes and tell them to go ahead to send it to me. Then they acknowledged my reply on 18/Feb. After that they didn't send me the counter and didn't reply my email. Please do not buy things from them. It is a scam.
