Review Time
Further to my previous posts re that this company NineLife, is fraudulent, they have since provided me with a number to call. EVERYBODY who wants the truth please try calling this number because it will NOT connect you to a NineLife customer service agent. Do NOT, I repeat, do not buy anything from this website. They are scammers and the authorities need to be alerted. Below is their recent email to me with a telephone number in Hong Kong for follow up of my order that has been undelivered for ONE YEAR. I know they are scammers, but just for a laugh, I called the number they provided, and as usual, it does not connect to their offices. Delivery took long time, and I called the customer service once 2 weeks after I placed the order, customer service replied that it took 3 weeks for the order and I keep on receiving email on delivery. Finally I got the order in good condition and realize that the order was shipped from other country, so that's more make sense why it took long for the delivery, I am satified on the service, thank you and I will order again from you.
All I can think of is this is a fraudulent site. I ordered and paid for the products on Sept 4 and received a shipping notification a few days later. It's now September 20 and the product has not progressed passed the city of origin. The DHL site also looks like fake site. Worst yet, I'm getting a funny email asking for additional payment for shipping. Should have done more due diligent on the site before paying.
It doesn't even worth a star. HUGE SCAM. Took long time of the status of update of the good. Then i cannot even check the tracking ID on DHL. Everytime the emails are in different email addresses that are not the official name. Plus, it scammed me on paying extra delivery fee on DHL and ended up it went to a random acct that costed me more than 2000 Euros. SCAM!
