I was looking everywhere for this product and found it with your company. When I ordered the STS toiletry bag I was able to contact them about when it was going to be shipped and their response was pretty much immediate. The product is great, just as I expected. Thanks for all your help
I ordered a two-piece scissor set for $139 in mid-November. Two weeks later, I received an email advising delivery would be delayed a few weeks.Three days after that, I was advised the item was out of stock and offered a “similar” product along with a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture. No price was provided so I searched their website, only to find the product was not listed at all! After further digging, I eventually found the same scissors on eBay for USD $14.28.I requested a full refund and was advised it would be processed within 5–7 working days. After 12 working days with no refund received, I followed up and was then told my original order was back in stock. After some consideration, I agreed to proceed with my original order and requested confirmation that I would receive the exact product ordered.Remarkably, the very next day, I was informed the item was once again "out of stock".Although I eventually did receive my refund, the inconsistent information, delays, and lack of transparency reflect very poor service. I would not recommend Ninth Avenue to anyone.
