I had a very positive experience with this company. I initially paid for the product, but later decided to cancel my subscription. When I contacted customer support, they responded quickly, cancelled the subscription immediately, and processed a refund without any issues.
The team was very helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the process. It’s great to see a company that provides such responsive and customer-focused support. I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.

READ BEFORE ORDERING

I agree with all the previous reviews. They get you to subscribe go a subtle way. HOWEVER. . . I have heard from numerous "Herbies" representatives regarding my subscription and subsequent order and payment. My subscription has been cancelled and I've been assured my accountant will be refunded. *If I do receive a refund, I will change my rating from 1☆ to 5☆ just because the company made it right! They now must restructure their website to avoid subtly tricking people into subscribing. . . (To be continued)

Ordered 3 weeks ago and it has still…

Ordered 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived, the customer service team can barely understand English, they won't tell me where the product has been shipped from, and the company is very hard to find out info on when I search online. These Trustpilot reviews are terrible. Apparently there was an issue with the courier taking the order to the wrong warehouse, which explains the delay, but that was over a week ago, now the tracking link says waiting for carrier to update. I believe the product is being shipped from China and its a scam. I have asked for a full refund of the order. Waiting to hear

A typical trap - BEWARE

UPDATE: They have now cancelled my subscription.A typical trap! BEWARE!If you buy anything, they will enrol you on a subscription. When you go to cancel it on their website, it rejects your request. They have one website just for the orders with no possibility to cancel. Another site that has a "manage subscription", but when I try to cancel, it send me back to the order page.
