I’ve been using FÜM for over a year and it’s been a solid swap for old habits.
Swapping cores is easy, and cleaning it between uses has become a small, meditative reset. The fidget factor surprised me most! The clicks and feel in hand create a new kind of comfort that actually helps.

It didn't work for me. The flavors were all too weak, they smell more than they taste. As far as I could find there aren't clear instructions on how to use it. Mine also broke. The magnet piece on the mouth piece came unglued and I nearly lost the magnet. Cleaning it is also more complicated than advertised. Between flavors you absolutely need to use soap and water. The customer service is fantastic though.

I was a long time smoker and quit. Fast forward 10 years and vapes came out. My underage son had one that I confiscated and boom, I was hooked. I have been trying to quit for years. When I tried Fum it was so different from everything else I had tried! I still get the feeling of vaping, just not the ick. I love the flavors, I love the feeling of it and it has taken me a long way on my journey to quitting. I only vape right before bed and I make myself go outside. I live in cold country, not pleasant, it’s how I quit smoking. I would tell anyone to try it. It’s less expensive than vaping, healthier and it’s all around better.

Disappointing experience with this alternative device

I was looking for a decent, reasonably priced alternative to my vaping habit when I came across this device through an advertisement. The initial offer was supposed to be $145, but I ended up spending $214 for one device and six different cores. I even purchased another device, bringing my total to $290. This was far from what was promised. Excited to try it out, I received the product today, but within just 20 minutes and three different flavors, I was left feeling let down. There was no flavor or throat hit as advertised. It feels like a scam, and I doubt many have successfully quit using this device. I have returned to smoking vapes, losing $290 in the process. I'm deeply disappointed and urge others to be cautious of their marketing. It’s truly a waste of time and money that I worked hard for to overcome my habit. I won’t be buying from this brand again and certainly won’t recommend it to others. My money ended up wasted, just like the product. What a shame.

Three weeks without my order.

The product has been helpful in my journey to quit vaping, and I've been successful for six months. However, I started vaping again because my cores haven't arrived after nearly three weeks. Customer service has been responsive and kept me informed, but the shipping issues persist. I've also noticed prices for the cores increasing and their lifespan is quite short.
