I paid for a jacket that has yet to arrive. I was charged on December 20, 2025, and the tracking number indicated delivery on January 14, 2025, but nothing has come. There is no way to reach anyone for assistance. No email, fax, phone number, or physical address is provided.
I should have realized something was off when the company claimed to be Macy’s. Unfortunately, this organization is a total scam. I placed an order on December 3, 2025, and the tracking info shows the item was delivered, but I never received it. Please be cautious with this company. It's disheartening to see hardworking individuals exploited like this. Dishonest businesses should face consequences.
I ordered several items including jackets, a bag, pants, and shirts on November 17, 2025. Although the payment was deducted from my account, I have yet to receive any confirmation or the items themselves. Customers trust the company to fulfill their orders, and this is how we are treated. I expect either my items or a refund.
This service is thoroughly deceptive. My partner and I made four purchases in mid-November, expecting to track our shipments, but suddenly we couldn't locate our orders. It's absurd. We got tracking numbers, but there were no orders linked to them. It's clear they are scammers. I can't understand how they operate like this. I expected a reliable platform, and this experience has been a total letdown. I give it a 1-star rating.
My experience mirrors others here. I placed an order, a month passed, and it claimed to be delivered at 1:30 PM (it was actually 10 AM). It was never delivered. They claimed I provided the wrong address, yet they confirmed it in a prior email. They offered to resend it, which I declined, then proposed a 60% refund, which I also refused. Now they’ve stopped responding. This service is completely fraudulent. I contacted my card provider for assistance.
