I sent three emails regarding receiving the wrong items! I'm waiting for a return code or label due to the errors from the packing and shipping department. Instead of the correct product, I received something entirely different. I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee for a mistake on the company's part. I'm hoping for a prompt response before posting a review. This has been incredibly disappointing.
I've had multiple orders canceled after receiving confirmation emails. I wasn't informed about the issues until I reached out. First, they claimed it was due to differing billing and shipping addresses, which their site allowed me to set. Then they mentioned a problem with my payment method. After correcting these issues, my order was canceled again without any explanation. Very unreliable service and frustrating customer support, and their contact number rarely works, often stating it's temporarily unavailable. Quite concerning.
