The service is being used by several unlicensed online casinos to process payments, which should not be happening under German law.Despite operating in the German market, NodaPay appears to be actively facilitating payments for illegal gambling websites, making it easy for these operators to accept deposits from players. This is a serious issue and raises questions about NodaPay’s compliance and due-diligence practices.I believe a payment provider that wants to be taken seriously should not support or enable unregulated and illegal gambling platforms. I hope NodaPay takes responsibility and stops providing services to these operators as soon as possible.
