Terrible experience with unexpected charges

I ordered a one-time report on 01.05.2025 regarding a vehicle, but the information provided was random and completely inaccurate. Today, on 29.12.2025, I discovered unusual charges of €24.95 per month on my credit card since May for a subscription I never signed up for. I attempted to cancel it on the website, but a technical issue made it impossible. I have emailed the company today asking for a refund, like many others. I hope they will process my request. Additionally, I will reach out to my credit card provider to resolve this issue. The company feels like a SCAM!!!

Unauthorized charges

On October 16, 2025, I purchased a report for a vehicle and paid 15.24 lei. However, I later saw an additional charge of 131.01 lei on October 31, followed by another of 131.10 lei on November 26, both without my consent. This is unacceptable, and I request resolution.
