Bikini broke after an hours wear - not even in water. Embellishments came away from the top and bottoms. These bikinis aren't cheap so I don't see why the quality is.
Main reason for the review is they ignore you, 3 emails and a fb message all ignored.

Sizing Problems with Bathing Suit

I ordered a bathing suit for my wife in her size, but the top is excessively large for a medium. My wife is a 36D, and it keeps sliding off. When I attempted to request an exchange, I was informed it was too late.

Untrustworthy Service

The service appears to be stealing from its customers. I never received my order, and they refuse to refund me for either the item or the shipping. I strongly advise against purchasing from them unless you want to end up with no product and no refund. Extremely poor customer service.

Frustrating Return Process

I bought two bikinis, both with medium size bottoms. After wearing one set, I wanted to exchange the unworn pair for smaller bottoms. The return process was incredibly frustrating; I had to pay £4 for tracked delivery. The item arrived at the warehouse on 29th September, and after multiple emails inquiring about my refund, I received the item back on 15th October without any explanation. They claimed it had been worn, which is a complete lie as I never wore them. This is a disgraceful way to deny a return. I’ve purchased several bikinis before, but I will not buy from this service again and cannot recommend it. BE AWARE: THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURNS!

Avoid This Service

This service is terrible; they refuse to accept returns or issue refunds. I sent five emails over six weeks to return a faulty bikini that lost embellishments after one wear. This was not a cheap item, so I expected better quality. I received no responses to my emails, and their messenger just leads me back to the same email address. I strongly recommend thinking carefully before purchasing from this service, as their customer support is appalling. I am left with a bikini I cannot wear and no way to return it. They seem to hope customers will just give up asking for refunds!

Excessive Return Costs

To return items, I had to use express mailing from the Netherlands, costing me 30 euros. I've never encountered such a situation! The service does not include a return ticket. To make matters worse, their customer service is extremely poor, responding in a rude and unprofessional manner. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I advise against ordering from this webshop and suggest using a different platform instead.

Unsatisfactory Purchase Experience

My experience with this service has been awful. I spent over £180 for my first purchase, and none of the items were suitable. They refuse to provide a refund, only offering store credit for items I do not want. I will never shop from this website again!

Unhelpful Customer Support
