Review Time
I applied for a reseller certificate, and the experience has been very disappointing. After waiting 10 days and following up, they finally sent me the application form to sign. I signed and returned it the same day, but after that, there were no updates on my application in my account. When I checked back almost two weeks later, my order was suddenly marked as 100% complete with the note “Notified Client and closed order,” even though I was never notified and had no idea when this was done. When I contacted them, they simply said they had done their part and that the state would send it to me by mail — even though I had clearly selected electronic delivery only. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
