I recently tested the Nooroots master new knowledge supplements. I have been taking them for just over 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of use I have noticed that they are helping with my energy levels. I'm not feeling so tired by mid afternoon. This has impacted on my focus and brain fog. Having more energy I'm able to stay more focused and less forgetful. I like that there is no bitter aftertaste with these supplements and I found them easy to take
Ive been using the nooroots ashwagandha and lions mane for about a month now. On arrival i noticed the packaging is premium which instantly makes me feel at ease with this brand. For the first couple of weeks i didnt really notice a lot of difference but with continued use and by week 3 i definately noticed i was calmer and more focused than before. I can honestly say if your thinking about buying and hesitating, dont just go for it its worth it 🙂

These capsules are smaller than other capsules I have taken which is better because they are easy to swallow.They helped with my brain fog and concentration. They definitely gave me a clearer mind. Nice packaging too which easily reseals .Would recommend.
