Review Time
Sent me straight to the right person , offered to assemble stroller when I said I was taking it home on a bus ,but I just had the box removed as the stroller was lightweight, didn’t keep me waiting , very pleasant staff thank you.
I purchased based on the picture a non see through tommee tippee cup. What arrived was see through cup. I didn’t want see through. I wanted what was in the picture. I phoned to ask about return process and was told they would get back to me after talking with the warehouse. No email, no phone call no nothing. I emailed their customer support email to ask for return process and got no response at all. So based on all this avoid like the plague. They don’t send what is pictured on their page and getting returns sorted is in the too hard box for the company. If I don’t hear from them by next Tuesday I’ll be reporting their company for inaccurate marketing too as that is illegal.
My first time ordering initially they had forgotten the bigger bottles which I was disappointed about as it was my first purchase for the baby and first purchase with Ebebek, however the customer service was great. I emailed them with photos and order no. They contacted the warehouse and by next day I had received my missing order so can’t fault the customer service. Everything came in excellent condition though so overall please with them.
