Purchased the bundle for my wife and I about 2 years ago. Really enjoy the flexibility, durability, style, fit, and overall experience. Misplaced my charger in the process of moving out of state unfortunately, but the website is super easy to navigate and order a new one. Also added it a new wrist strap! Excited to track my fitness overall health. Great product this far for an awesome price!

The watch was good until it died. Screen started flashing and watch went to steady vibrate. Sent message to Luxium and they denied the guarantee. Watch is useless. 128.00 and screen is black. Don’t purchase as they don’t back their product. Bad customer service and takes forever for them to answer.

1 Star – Steer Clear of This Company. The service has been incredibly disappointing from beginning to end. Communication is virtually nonexistent — numerous emails and messages have gone unanswered. Attempting to get simple information regarding a refund or return feels like a futile effort.
For a seller offering high-priced watches, their customer support is alarmingly unprofessional. Once they receive your payment, they seem to have no interest in assisting their customers or standing by their product. No updates, no transparency, no accountability.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly unacceptable. If you value your money, your time, or even basic customer service, do yourself a favor and explore other options. There are many other watch companies out there that actually engage with their customers and adhere to fundamental business practices.
This company has truly earned this negative feedback.

I wanted a watch that was an improvement over the $40 Amazon option but didn’t want to shell out $500. I found this one on Facebook and was intrigued. It’s from a US-based company that offers a lifetime warranty. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot.

Avoid this watch at all costs!

This watch created significant problems for my husband, who drives trucks long distances, affecting his internal GPS and other truck systems. I clearly communicated this to the support team and requested a refund. After numerous emails, they rejected my return, stating that my issue was not covered by their lifetime guarantee policy. If you encounter any interference with other technology while using this watch, you're out of luck. We tried multiple times and found it to have several technical design flaws. They seem indifferent to their customers. The advertised long battery life is misleading; you only get 2-4 hours at most.

Lack of transparency about watch features

There needs to be more honesty regarding the functions of this watch. It feels like a low-quality smartwatch designed primarily for children, enclosed in a durable casing. The associated app targets very young users, and returns are not accepted. I would recommend steering clear of this low-quality product.

Avoid this product – misleading advertising and low quality. I purchased this on 23 December, and by 27 December the battery was already completely drained. It lasts only 4-5 days, despite claims of a 30-day battery life. The messaging feature is inadequate; you can only view the first line and must delete messages to manage them.
When I submitted a claim, it was denied, citing undisclosed terms and conditions of the so-called “lifetime guarantee.” Customer service is unresponsive and offers no real solutions. Many reviews seem to be incentivized, as they provide discounts for leaving feedback after the first order, which is misleading. This is deceptive advertising aimed at attracting customers. Very disappointing experience.
