Take your money and run...

Nordic socks look lovely - but they are not quite what they seem. A lot of money goes into the promoting them, but the product is of a very low quality. Two pairs have disintegrated after only wearing them for a couple of weeks. The company maintains that the sock are guaranteed for only 3 months - which speaks for itself in terms of their confidence in their own product. The customer service amounts to a series of highly sophisticated standard communications which are do not address legitimate concerns about not only the the quality of their product, but also their after sales care. Additionally, the socks are not sold individually so you end up purchasing several pairs - at a not insignificant cost. Only to discover that they are not quite what they seem on their website/instagram etc. They will not accept any returns of new socks.Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the damaged socks. We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused.Please see their standard repsonse which I have pasted below. And please be aware that their policy of 3 month guarantee is not compliant with Consumer Rights Act 2015.Upon reviewing the details of your purchase, we regret to inform you that the 3-month warranty for our products has expired. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages that occur within the first 3 months after delivery. Unfortunately, as the delivery of your socks took place more than the required timeframe, we are unable to offer a replacement or reimbursement for this particular product.However, as a gesture of goodwill and to express our commitment to customer satisfaction, we would like to offer a 20% discount code for your next purchase.
