Socks arrived but were clearly the wrong size, reached out to customer service…Then it all went downhill- I sent 8 emails, took multiple photos, washed them at 30 degrees as recommended- still too small. (The heel section was in the wrong place) The solution from the company was;1. 30% refund and I could ‘gift’ them to a friend, not really a great present “here are some worn and washed socks that I don’t want….”2. I could pay to return them and they would send me the correct size- that’s right I should have to pay for your error.It’s hard to put into words how shocking this ‘display’ of ‘customer service’ is- I will not be using this company again and highly suggest others to give them a miss.I understand mistakes happen but it’s how a company deal with them that defines them and keeps ‘customers’ happy!!
The service is excellent and the response of the company immediate. The items are carefully packed and delivered as ordered. The quality is very good and honestly I can't think of something different. Good job!!! Keep up the same way. Thank you.
