I got the free sample.. The options were great with some nice flavours to choose from and strengths. Delivery was quick and kept fully updated. They taste great with no horrible after tastes, work well the craving goes asa you pop one by your gum. I keep mine in my mouth for half my shift in work and change it on my break until i finish.. totally forget there are there. I feel no cravings and my stress levels are so calm, normally im biting peoples heads off when ive prevously quit smoking. Excellent substitute to cigarettes or vaping
