We bought the 10 seater teak extending table with 10 chairs from Norfolk Designer Gardens in their winter sale. It was a very good price. I had an email that the set was out for delivery and the garden set was delivered within the week. The owner of the company did the delivery for us and lifted everything off the van and took it into our property. The 10 chairs were built and stackable. The table needs assembly but due to the time of year we will do this in the spring. The owner explained about the coding system for assembly and said we can call if there are any problems. The table and chairs were well packed, well made and looked very sturdy (the wood looks lovely). The chairs come complete with cushions and are very comfortable. The table top is very heavy and definitely needs two people to lift it. Although not assembled, this garden set looks good quality, and I'm very happy with the service and the price. The owner was very chatty and said to call if there's any problems and he will sort them personally. Good customer service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with delivery, but the company kept me updated and everything turned out fine. The bench is excellent, and everyone at home is thrilled with it. It was easy to assemble and now proudly sits in our garden.
