It went wrong when I failed to check online before order. Started to smell a rat when the order showed it originated in China. When it arrived it was clear the yarn was not wool, Icelandic or otherwise, just cheap manmade fibre, worth less than a quarter of the price charge. No answer to email
I went onto this website and it looks 100% like an Icelandic fashion company in Reykjavik. It says its products are from Iceland and are made with Icelandic wool. It says, manufactured in our wool factory in Hvammstangi, Iceland.I ordered an item but when I clicked on track, it showed the item was coming from Wuhan China. They did not reply to my contact so I believe this website is a scam.
This is as close to scam as you can get. Norrloom is not an Icelandic company making hand knit jumpers. Your payment will be to Pancao Trading in China and in dollars. Then you will deal with Scenery Trade Company again in China and regardless of what you write to the norrloom contact email you will receive repeatedly the same response until you receive nothing at all. The refund policy is not legal either. Sale products have the same protection as any other. Buy at your peril
DO NOT ORDER AT NORRLOOM.COM I ordered a hooded sweater on 19th Nov., fully paid via noorloom.com which I was linked by an AD picture, and price was displayed in GBP. An order confirmation is received in USD (amount strangely even with extra currency charge at the card payment ) BUT I DON'T GET ITS DELIVERY BY TODAY ON 2nd DEC. although I complained about their negligent or suspicious conduct. I'm observing them to report seriously !!!!!
I think I have been had. I really thought Norrloom were closing down as the ad read. I asked their Customer Services which Courier they used and they sent me a tracking number and a site. I started smelling a rat when I ordered in Nov 2025 and the estimated delivery date was May 2025. I have since tried the tracking number again and it now reads doesn't exist.
