Norrloom “shop” is definitely fraud

This “shop” is definitely fake. It lures customers with discounts because it is supposedly closing down. It advertises Icelandic sweaters made from genuine Icelandic wool, but in reality it ships less quality stuff from China. If you buy something, you can expect to receive cheap Chinese goods, which you can then send back at great expense. If you cancel, they send emails giving you two days to respond. They do not accept your cancellation and try to pressure you. In the end, they try to intimidate you and demand that you close the case with PayPal, otherwise they will not cancel the purchase. My tip: 1. Cancel before shipping. 2. Activate PayPal refund, stating that you have canceled. 3. Keep email correspondence, always activate shipping confirmation for your emails. 4. Don't play their games. Repeatedly state objectively, “Please do not ship” and “Cancellation remains in effect.” 5. Inform PayPal about the shop (screenshots from Trustpilot, etc.). Then you will get your money back.

I am an idiot!

I ordered five sweaters . What an idiot I was! These sweaters are made in China. They are mass manufactured out of cheap materials and are unbelievably ugly! I would be embarrassed to give them as presents!

Do not buy from these liars!!!

Do not buy from these liars! These are not handmade wool sweaters from Iceland, theyre polyester crap from China! I ordered a Large and they sent an XL. They are refusing to give me a full refund and want to retain 80% of my £65 payment for shipping costs! They offered to only refund me 20% of my payment. Scammers with a fake Icelandic address on their website. Disgusting company practices.

It's a scam

As others have said, this is a scam. Found advert on MSN page and taken to a proper looking website.Ordered two items and paid through PayPal. Did not get a confirmation or invoice so looked them up to find "if it sounds too good etc etc" . I raised a complaint through Paypal immediately and they have arranged a refund.

This is a very unreliable company.Do not order any items as their site is dodgy.

after a long delay and your suitable assurances, the sweaters arrived. They were supposed to be two knitted seaters with an Aran pattern' it was completely different to the article you advertised. It was bulk manufactured in light weight material.
