Review Time
I purchased 2 pairs of Wrangler jeans last week. These were never worn. Approximately 5 days later, I brought them to the Coeur d'Alene store for an exchange in size. The customer service person attempted to charge over $20 more for the same items. Disgustedly I asked for a refund. I often shop there but will never shop there again.
Their price on the particular item that I purchased was $43. cheaper than the product website, and no other retailer discounted their price. I was skeptical for that reason, but they delivered for less than anyone else. They offered free shipping which usually means slow shipping, but the item made it cross country in 5 days. They wrap their shipments well, and overall I think they are a great Company to deal with
Will not order online from this company again. The return process is a nightmare. They will not cover return shipping cost for defective products. Completely unresponsive customer service. They won't respond to my messages through their return system or my emails. Guess it's back to ordering from Amazon instead of trying to do the right thing support the smaller company.
New 2024 North 40 policy will not allow Carhart returns for long term customer including for trade or equal exchange without receipts, IE Christmas Gifts! So much for the famous local service. Will avoid in the future and transfer business to Amazon.
