It was okay

Placing the order and navigating the website was a breeze. However, there were a couple of things I did not like. For one, it would be great if the additional shipping fee situation is added before checkout. I did not like that I was contacted to make an additional payment of $28.Secondly, the packaging can sure be better. It looked like no effort was put into making it look pretty and presentable.Finally, on the website I saw the stethoscope for about $115. But in the receipt I received upon delivery, it wrote that the stethoscope was $98. I don't understand why the discrepancy of over $17 exists.
