Avoid this service at all costs! It's a complete scam. I ordered weeks ago, and my order has yet to arrive. Very disappointed, especially around Christmas, and still no response to my emails. The customer service is practically nonexistent! They need to be shut down, as this seems to be a common issue.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. They ignored my emails and failed to ship when promised. Eventually, they sent the item after I repeatedly requested them not to. What a disappointing experience with this service. I will never order from them again. Be cautious!
I placed an order on December 6 and am still waiting for it to arrive. I've sent multiple emails without any response and have called several times. This was a Christmas gift, and their maximum delivery time is supposed to be 10 days. It's now 16 days, and no one has had the courtesy to reply to my messages. This is unacceptable service.
