Review Time
I ordered 4 shirts. 1 arrived with no logos. As soon as I messaged Pat he responded and tried to rectify it also making sure the other 3 where correct before they came to me. This proved to be difficult but clear comms throughout and he offered me a full refund on all 4 shirts. Its this sort of service that makes me buy every year from him. The issue was with the supplier but the customer service was great. Once they rectify the problem I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
I recently ordered a shirt from pats and on arrival the shirt looked good quality Unfortunately the size I ordered was a too small for me and after speaking to the company they are kindly sending me a replacement size free of charge. I wouldn’t hesitate on using patscheap shirts again in the future.
First class product I ordered my shirt and it's absolutely spot on excellent quality all the colours are exactly how they should be. It came packaged very well with all the relevant tags. Would highly recommend Pat's cheap footy shirts. Also when I first got in touch they didn't have my Aston villa shirt on the site but as promised it was soon added. Great 5* service.
Would recommended it massively, if customer service is anything to go pay and I believe that it firmly is. Just ordered a kit for my nephew for Christmas. I did not see the obvious signage, that order now and you may not receive it before Christmas, cancelled order next day. Pat very accommodating when though he was dealing with an idiot. Will definite try and use again.
My Real Madrid shirt took just under 3 weeks to arrive which is pretty much what they promised me. I was a bit cautious with buying a shirt as the prices were so cheap, but when I bought one I definitely made the right decision as the quality of the kit is perfect. I am definitely purchasing another shirt form here.
