I love this product it’s lovely on my skin after a harsh winter and home heating, my skin is very dry but this really moisturises and keeps it smooth for a good while! I would be lost without it , this is my second one .🤩
It took weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I was incredibly disappointed. The quality was terrible; it felt like applying a cheap, greasy balm to my skin. I absolutely won't buy this again and strongly recommend others to avoid it as well. It was a total waste of money, and the packaging doesn't even list the ingredients. You're better off using petroleum jelly on your face. I wouldn't even rate it one star. This is the worst product I've ever bought!
I would rate this as zero if possible. It's a counterfeit product from a deceptive company, with ingredients similar to a lip balm and no collagen at all. They claim to be based in Canada, but it's actually from China. Trying to get a refund has been futile, resulting in a loss of £36. The genuine product is available from a different source, but be cautious as there are many fakes around.
