The bus departed on time, which I appreciated.
On the way to the city centre, the onboard screen was turned off. If route or stop names were displayed on the screen, it would be very helpful—especially for passengers with limited or no internet connection, which happened to me in Dublin. This made the journey a little harder to follow, but it didn’t disrupt my trip or schedule overall.
The driver did announce each stop clearly, which was helpful.
Dublin Express is grand, up to a point.
They transported me from Dublin airport to Heuston without a hitch. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the vulnerability of one's luggage: there's no control of luggage, and no easy way of being sure someone hasn't taken ones bag by accident, as happened last year.
Oh, and their PA announcements were impossible to understand, being made by non-English speaking drivers. I pity first-time tourists to Dublin.

I enjoyed it so much that I decided to book a return trip instead of using a ride-sharing app. The buses are stunning, and the drivers are fantastic. While it costs a bit more than regular public transportation in my home country, it's vastly superior. I can't wait for my next journey!
