I used the device twice and it broke down. The product is of poor quality. I am even more disappointed with the resolution of the complaint. I filed a complaint 30 days ago and there is no solution yet. I personally do not recommend buying from this provider. Unfortunately, they respond extremely slowly and resolve complaints at the expense of the customer.
