I had a very frustrating experience with Shiprocket support.
Even though I have the shipment number and full tracking details, every time I contact support the ticket gets automatically closed without any proper investigation or solution. I only receive repeated replies saying they are not responsible and that I should contact the seller.
However, I can log in to their website using my mobile number and clearly see the tracking status showing “To Be Shipped / To Be Dispatched”. All shipment details are available in their system. I even shared screenshots as proof, but no one checks them and the ticket is immediately closed.
No matter how many times I reopen the ticket or send emails, I keep receiving the same automated response. There is no real customer assistance and no logical explanation provided. Instead of helping, they simply avoid the issue by redirecting customers to the seller.
Very disappointing support experience. I request Shiprocket to properly review cases manually instead of auto-closing tickets without resolution.
If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would definitely choose that. The experience has been extremely disappointing. I did not receive proper guidance from customer care, and because of this I was unable to deliver my brand’s product to my client on time. This is very unprofessional and has affected my business.
I am experiencing extremely poor service from courier companies lately, which clearly shows that Shiprocket does not care about its customers at all. Because of this incompetence and negligence, I am actively losing clients, damaging my business and reputation. This level of service failure is unacceptable.
This courier company operates with zero accountability and complete incompetence. Pickups are endlessly delayed, and when a shipment is finally picked up, it sits “in transit” for days with no real movement. Fake delivery attempts are routinely marked, falsely claiming the customer refused the order. I personally contacted the customer, who confirmed that no one called, visited, or even attempted delivery.
The tracking page provided by Shiprocket is completely misleading and unreliable—it does not reflect the actual status of shipments. On top of this, I have lost multiple packages during transit, and there has been absolutely no resolution, no compensation, and no ownership taken by the courier or Shiprocket.
This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and damaging to businesses that rely on timely and honest deliveries. If you value your shipments and your customers, stay away—this system is broken and clearly does not care about sellers or buyers.
Never use Shiprocket. Its very Dangerous for your business. You will lost your customers and their trust. Zero customer support. 100% fake. i am using Shiprocket since 1.5 years. it was good in previous months but from 1 month, our experience is poor.
Disgusting service ever, they are running a scam in the name of courier company, they lost, discard shipments without ant notification or specifying reason, then no customer assistance no refunds, don't use this service otherwise you will also face a lot of loss.
I strongly urge for the complete removal of this service! I have never encountered such poor customer support. I attempted to reschedule my delivery as I was out of the country, but nobody seems to care about the options provided! There have been fake delivery attempts as well. I am utterly frustrated and can’t comprehend why any business would choose to collaborate with them! There is a total absence of accountability and responsibility, and to top it off, they are unreachable.
According to the tracking system, my order reached the delivery city late on 7th January 2026, but it hasn't been delivered yet. I can't get in touch with them at all. The provided phone number is out of service, and when I message them on their WhatsApp, I receive a generic reply to contact the seller. My email attempts have also bounced back. Overall, I find it extremely difficult to reach them.
I am formally lodging a complaint regarding the ongoing delivery and pickup issues encountered by my business while using the services. Regrettably, not a single shipment has been completed without requiring numerous follow-ups with customer support. Each delivery and pickup is delayed, leading to operational stress and dissatisfaction among customers.
I must also point out a very serious concern: false delivery attempts by the delivery partners.
In one particular instance:
The delivery executive recorded attempts without actually trying to deliver.
The customer confirmed (during a three-way call with support) that the delivery executive was not responding to calls and insisted on meeting outside the customer's reachable area.
The delivery executive never showed up at the agreed location.
The following day, once again, calls went unanswered by the delivery executive.
Due to this ongoing negligence, the customer canceled the order after receiving a WhatsApp message stating failed delivery attempts.
After the cancellation, I reached out to the customer and persuaded them to accept the order. When I escalated this to support, I was assured that:
The order would be delivered
Strict measures would be taken against the delivery partner
However, nothing was executed. The order was never delivered, and no corrective actions were evident. This led to financial loss and harmed my business reputation.
Such a level of service is unacceptable for any business that depends on timely and reliable logistics. If these issues remain unaddressed, it will be impossible to continue operating with the service.
I strongly urge you to:
Investigate false delivery attempts thoroughly
Implement strict measures against negligent delivery partners
Enhance accountability and transparency in delivery status updates
Based on my experience, I would recommend that other businesses consider alternative logistics providers if service quality does not improve.
I request a written response and a clear resolution plan at the earliest.
I raised a complaint about the non-delivery of my parcel, but they have completely ignored it. It's been three days without any response. Additionally, I pointed out the unprofessional and rude behavior of the delivery agent. This has been my worst experience to date.
I've been using the service for quite some time, but recently I've encountered numerous problems with prepaid orders being returned, even after receiving confirmation from the buyer via messaging. I've submitted tickets and sent emails, but there's been no response. It might be more effective to work directly with a courier.
