We received a fine through the post of £60 to which we promptly appealed within a couple of days.

We had an email back from them to acknowledge our appeal and that the fine was paused for them to look into.

We have now just received a debt recovery letter for £110!!!

It now turns out the decision email went into our junk which we can prove so we didn't see it.

Premier Park - You have our address!!!! If these frequently go to people's junk boxes, you should certainly make sure, like the first communication, that you send it via post.

We now have to pay £170. We couldn't afford the £60 let alone £170. For 23 minutes or dropping your child to an education facility.

I am sure noone will reach out to us.

They should be ashamed. I received a notice long after the incident and was shocked to get a debt collector's letter on the same day. I contacted them and received a dismissive response. They clearly have administrative issues and show no concern for their customers. I will be escalating this matter.

Confusing Parking System

Where do I even start? Attended a family event and used a designated parking area, purchased a ticket for 3 hours. However, the time calculated for my stay included the time it took to park and pay, which isn't fair. I believe it should be clearly labeled as pay on entry. The ticket I received claims I was parked when I left, which is absurd. I plan to complain to various authorities to address this unfair practice.

Excessive Fine for Minor Infraction

Received a £100 fine just because my tire was slightly over a line. I had to stop to assist my child, and that’s when the photos were taken. It's ridiculous.
