Ordered their product 1/16/26. Told online that I would receive product in 3-5 days. It’s now 2/10/26 and still have not received product. After two phone calls and a half of dozen emails, all stating I would receive my order in one week, I was finally told that they don’t have any and won’t be able to ship for another 3 weeks. They charged my card on the day I ordered over a month ago. I asked for them to just cancel the order explaining that they were unable to provide a product that they had charged for prior to shipping and that I no longer wanted to wait since I never agreed to wait for near two months for the item. Their response is that they flat out refuse refunds. Also it seems they are still advertising sales knowing they cannot provide the product in the near future due to tons of other people who ordered even earlier than myself and still have not received theirs either. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANIES POOR BUSINESS MODEL. Also be aware that any return of the product is a hefty return fee and postage charge so they even make money on that.
Basically they use your money to order the product, make you wait with zero communication, and then send it and charge you to return it and resend to someone else etc etc. isn’t that a scam? A quality company doesn’t need to scam their customers so now I’m doubtful the device even has the quality lasers that it brags about because they have only made false promises with no accountability to its trusting customer base.

I cannot comment on the product itself because I still haven’t received it. I placed my order on 8th January, and I was told it would be shipped by 12th January due to what they described as “huge” demand.

However, when they shared the invoice, I noticed that the shipping address I had entered during purchase was completely changed to a different address. I informed them immediately. They admitted it was their mistake and promised to correct the address and share a new invoice within two days.

When I followed up, they sent a revised invoice — still with the same incorrect address. Yes, the exact same mistake again. At this point, I was understandably furious. When I flagged it once more, they again acknowledged the error and assured me that the address would be corrected at the time of actual shipping. I was also informed that the shipment date had now been pushed to 23rd January, citing “unprecedented” demand.

And then comes 23rd January. Unsurprisingly, they shipped the product to the same incorrect address — the one I had repeatedly asked them to fix.

This is a USD 900 product, and the level of carelessness is frankly shocking. These are not minor oversights; they are basic, repeated operational failures. It’s hard to understand how this business is functioning at all with such incompetent handling of customer orders.

I still don’t know when (or if) I will actually receive my product. Only after that can I comment on its quality, but for now, this entire experience feels like a vicious cycle of excuses and errors.

If you are considering buying from them, think multiple times. Be prepared for a potentially exhausting and frustrating experience with their customer support team. Their is a business lesson in here - Even if you have a world class product, you still cannnot survive with a pathetic sales and operations/support team.

If you're pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, it's best to steer clear of this helmet. You won't be able to use it, and even if you decide not to use it and want to return it, the company will impose a $150 fee to accept the unused helmet back!

IT'S EFFECTIVE!

I started a medication that led to significant hair shedding. Every time I brushed my hair, I ended up with a handful of strands! Even after brushing just a few minutes earlier, it happened again. Out of desperation, I bought a device and followed the instructions carefully. Three weeks in, I've noticed a considerable reduction in shedding. Highly Recommend This Device!

I've been using this device for four years and have noticed a positive change in my hair. It hasn't thinned, and I've seen new hair growth. The helmet is user-friendly and so comfortable that I often forget I'm wearing it. Customer Support Needs Improvement

My expensive device, which I liked and was satisfied with, started malfunctioning well within its warranty period. I've attempted to reach out to the company multiple times through email and chat over the past few weeks, but I've received no acknowledgment or response (I'm located in Australia). It's disheartening to invest so much in a product that fails within a year and to receive such poor support despite numerous contact attempts.

A Great Gift for My Daughter

I bought this device for my daughter due to her thinning hair. After a few months of use, we've definitely noticed less shedding and the emergence of new baby hairs. It's easy and convenient to use. We encountered a problem, but with assistance, we figured out it was a charger issue and got a replacement. The representative was very patient and helpful.
