These bracelets are quite beautiful and very different, which is what attracted me to them in the first place. My one tiny complaint is that they were not all a consistent size. Some of the ones I ordered fit a little more snuggly on my wrist than the other others. I would prefer that they were a little looser to move on my arm. But they are still beautiful and I do really enjoy wearing them.
My first order. I'm really pleased with the bracelets, the size is good, the colors beautiful. Perfect to match. Before I ordered, I searched the website for information about where the brecelets are made, but couldn't find it. Only that the beads are from Japan and the elastic from Korea. So I was a bit disappointed when I discovered the package was sent from China. I would rather have paid a bit more and had the bracelets made in a country I trust regarding ethics and working conditions. I wish Koss had been more transparent about the bracelets being made in China.
Great customer support - I had an urgent question about tracking my order and when I used their online form I was skeptical that I'd get a quick response. However, they got back to me within minutes! They also emailed me to follow up to make sure my package arrived successfully.
What I love, and what rly caught my eye from the start, about these bracelets are the amazing blue/paradise green colors that just grounds you! They fit perfectly and blends well with semi-formal and daily wear alongside my jewelries!
I ordered one set and one single bracelet in the small size, because I have small hands and wrists. Wore all four together. I have a nickel allergy. Not sure which bracelet or bracelets caused the skin breakout. I read other reviews and responses from the company which state the bracelets are nickel-free. The bracelets aren't tight, but they do fit snugly, which promotes the skin reaction. Otherwise, the bracelets are beautiful.
Did not know what to expect as I saw Koss Design advertised on Facebook. happy to say I received my first order in a couple of weeks. They are beautiful, light-weight, and easy to put on. Would have ordered more, but not all the bracelets come in small and large sizes. Sadly to say I would never be able to get a small bracelet on without breaking the band. Keep up the good work and look forward to wearing these bracelets in various combinations!
What you see on the website is EXACTLY what you will get. Not a piece of jewelry "like" the one you love, you will receive that EXACT piece of jewelry. It will be shipped quickly and VERY well-packaged for safe travel. What they don't you is that the way these beads are constructed, the bracelet feels like a hug on your arm. By the way, I was also impressed with their customer service. Friendly, AND professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
I got my bracelet from Koss Design. The packaging was very nice, the quality is great, and it looks exactly like the pictures. It’s also very comfortable. Really worth every penny! They’re very easy to style with different outfits.
