Epic scam, do not order that crap.I have ordered some items and they never arrived, everything comes from China and the people that replies to your emails are useless. I went to press charges at the police against them during the weekend, the holding behind this awful scam is named Beldric Group SL (CIF B22639751) and they confirmed they will open a case, I also showed all your comment on TrustPilot.Let’s get this scammer!
Order arrived after stated (beware products come from China not Europe as the branding would lead you to believe) so wanted to return them all - I could see through the packaging how poor quality they were and one had a button falling off. I was asked to provide ‘high quality images’ of the items before I could return them (assuming to prove they still have tags/not been worn etc), only to be told that since I had now taking them out of the zip lock packaging (to photograph them at their request!!), that I am now unable to return 2 of the items which were bikinis due to their policy. I get you have a policy about returning bikinis due to hygiene but would have been nice to have been told this on the initial email asking me to take these ‘high quality images’ or a bit of guidance of how I should be taking ‘high quality images’ of the products through the zip lock packaging 🤷🏼♀️Anyway, now they have been taken out of the packing, I can’t believe what this website is charging for honestly the cheapest, horrible quality items. Look nothing like the website photos, in fact looks like parts of the items have been airbrushed out to make them look better. I guess credit goes to the company’s photographer though for making these items look good!
It’s a scam!! They make you believe the product is made in Europe but in fact it got shipped from China. Quality is terrible and look NOTHING like the photos shown on the website. It’s even worst and cheap quality compared to what you get from Shein. They wouldn’t let you return and find a thousand of different excuses etc.
Novanta89(Empire89) Scammers!!! Now they are specifically writing fake reviews to whiten their reputation. I warn you that by buying from them you will get cheap, low-quality Chinese clothes for a very big money. These scammers initially indicated Spanish quality, now Italian, you will not get either one or the other.
SCAM ALERT!!! This company is NOT from Spain. Delivery is from China. Horrible quality and nothing like the photos that the model is wearing. Returning it cost just as much as the item is worth because of shipping and tariff sent back to China!!! Everything on their website is fake!!
I'm adding to the string of reviews warning against buying from this scam site wishing I had checked reviews before ordering. I ordered a polo shirt that was billed as a knitted polo that looked nice online. What was delivered is a cheap, awful, polyester mesh shirt sent from China. While their customer service did respond to my emails in a timely fashion, in the end they said send it back to China and to make sure I put a valuation of less than 10 Euro on the shipping form. They want me to commit fraud to return the item. I am going to eat the $84 cost and learned a good lesson of not ordering from random Instagram sites.
