I have been trying to contact Novita in both Manchester and London but no one picks up the ‘phone. Just get an automatic response as in - I am transferring you now- then the line goes dead. I have e mailed them as well and still nothing. Are they still operating here in the UK with particular reference to being in Manchester.24 Jan 2026 - look let’s not carry this on shall we. Why not just get an actual person to pick up the ‘phone when it rings - that should solve it and if I call your Manchester office again and a person does pick up then I will say that on here.Regards25 Jan 2026 - With thanks to the Novita team for the response here. Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful or forgiving when I was running dreadfully late for my appointment. Have had a disastrous experience at another lab diamond company Austen & Blake that totally put me off lab diamonds until my husband convinced me to try again. So happy I did. Go to Novita, not the others.
