The website was easy to navigate and order. There were some nice promotions if you ordered more and the delivery was really fast.
The products arrived nicely packaged and are really good.
The product (Perfect Pout) is nice, but the pencil sharpener doesn't work, and the pencil is too large for other sharpeners. I reached out to customer service but haven't heard back, so I feel like I've wasted my money! (I did receive a response later, which is appreciated, and I've contacted them again. They've asked for a photo of the sharpener, though I'm unsure how a photo will demonstrate that it doesn't work, but I'm hopeful!)
The color is nice, but it doesn’t seem to last throughout the day. Sharpening is a struggle; even after putting it in the freezer, it still breaks (despite using a new sharpener). I feel like I've wasted money since I've had better high street eye pencils for much less. I've already used half due to this issue.
I love your eyeliner pencils and have purchased several. However, the recently bought Aurora pencil feels much harder and less creamy compared to the others I have. I'm still using it because the color is lovely, but application is tricky due to dragging on the eyelid.
