The post surgery care is beyond exceptional. Kerry and Karl are there for you the whole way. They ensure you know what to do and expect before and during. Then afterwards you pretty much have daily contact. Ensuring you are doing as you should and that you are ok. Very impressive.
Exceptional Service & aftercare.Fantastic service from start to finish. Within 30 minutes of leaving my procedure I had a message from Kerry the NOW nurse checking in to ensure I was ok & that everything had gone well with the procedure. Checked in with me daily for the first 3 days. Then every 2 days depending on progress. It really put my mind at ease, along with my family knowing that any queries I had would be answered immediately.
