We have progressed so well with Numerise. Very engaging and easy to navigate, great explanations, excellent way of keeping the progress and to see strengths and weaknesses.

Some of the questions have 2 parts to them, right? Well, I hate that. I'm not complaining because it's too hard, but because the questions are set up strange. Let's say you had something like: a)blah blah blah questionB) blah blah blah questionWell, when you answer, if a or b are wrong then you fail the question, obviously. The problem I have, is that it doesn't TELL you whether you got a or b or even both wrong. Like, you could have gotten a right and b wrong, but you wouldn't know which is wrong because it just says incorrect to the whole thing. I suggest they do message like, "a) correct! B) incorrect!" That way you would actually know which one needs rethinking.
Whilst the app has helped my son with his maths, the customer service is non existent. I sent 2 emails over the space of 2 weeks (one chasing them up) asking for some information which was required for a report I had to write about the progress of my child's maths. They did not respond at all. Very poor service.
This is not as bad as Sparx. Sparx Maths is much worse so therefore all the schools will use it to torture their students. I think Numerise is a better site as there is no damn bookwork checks and it is much easier. It is also made by the same people who made Sparx (the team behind Hegarty Maths and Sparx Maths). Unfortunately, Numerise cannot be used for schools and is only used at home. I still think it is a better learning site than sh1tty Sparx Maths.👍 Overall, It’s not the best site but it’s much better than Sparx! 👍
