I installed this app, but it was completely ineffective. After obtaining the number, the service was unusable. I couldn't make or receive calls. When I reached out to the support team to cancel, my request was ignored, and I was charged again. After posting a warning review, I was contacted from various messaging numbers asking me to change my review for a refund. To clarify: this app does not work, and the company is ignoring my cancellation request while continuing to bill me. This experience feels very unprofessional. I do not recommend this app.

Avoid their services. It's subpar, and if you try to leave, they will take your balance. I have funds in my account and requested a refund, but they told me to spend it on their services instead. Their customer service is inadequate. If you need an eSIM, consider other options for better service.

No notification for debit

I did not receive any notification before a debit was made to my card. I do not wish to continue using the service, and I expect a refund along with the termination of the number. Charging me without prior notice is unacceptable.
