I was pleased and keen to buy another hand cream to put beside the matching hand wash and was then pleased to be offered another hand cream at a discounted price. This hand cream is the best I have ever used.
I’m a repeat buyer of Caring Skin Fix pots because I’ve never found a moisturiser that works better to remove dry/hard skin on the feet. I care for my elderly Mum who has always struggled with hard skin, and every chiropodist we’ve used has left her feet sore and/or bleeding. I soak her feet for 20 minutes in a foot spa and then use Nursem to moisturise them and her cracked feet have now fully recovered. I do this every 6 weeks to keep her feet soft, healthy and free from infection that causes cellulitis. So happy with this product, I won’t use anything else.
Products that really work and a philosophy that I can really get behind (they use some of their profits to provide products to nurses). Had a bit of a mix up with one of my orders and their customer service resolved it very quickly without any quibbles. Recommend the products and the company. Also the minis are nice little gifts - gifted some to my friend and she said it cleared up her eczema that has given her problems for basically her entire adult life. Another friend it didn't help so doesn't seem to be a cure all. That said I am really happy with it myself and for the friend that it helped
I wanted to love this hand cream as I really like that they donate to nurses but I’m pretty disappointed. It feels quite tacky on application and, whilst hands do feel slightly better for an hour afterwards, I then have to reapply - even if I haven’t washed my hands etc. whereas as my previous handcream moisturised for several hours and absorbs more quickly. I’m also not keen on the smell, it’s quite strong and smells musty to me.
I really like this hand cream and company, my only gripe is the amount of product stuck in the large hand cream tubs. When it gets to about 1/5 left it gets stuck and cannot pump up, so i have to cut them open to get the rest of the productI am a reorder-er though!
A great variety of products that have been created by the very people who want to use these items. They are well made and very pleasant. Good value for money. Orders arrive in lovely packaging. Communication is ace throughout the whole purchasing process. Fast delivery. I love that a free kit is gifted to the nurses on a hospital ward with every purchase that's made. This cream is amazing! My partner has always had very dry and painful hands. He is a tradesman and works outside in all weathers and washes his hands constantly, and is often exposed to chemicals on his skin. His hands are often red raw by the end of the day and sting. He has been to the doctor several times, tried all of the creams they have prescribed him, he has tried pretty much every other brand of hand cream you can think of and nothing has ever helped him!I bought him some Nursem to try as I noticed the reviews were good and the results were amazing! He has kept buying it ever since and has even bought their hand wash and keeps it at work. This is the only cream that has ever helped him and we would never buy anything else now!
