I had no trouble navigating Nuts.com and i was able to place my order within a reasonable amount of time. I received an estimated date of delivery and my order was delivered by the estimated date. My order was correct and their products are great. I will be placing another order, soon!
If I could give a negative star of I would.My son and sent my wife and I a medium costum tray for a Christmas present, when I opened it I could smell that it had rancid odor and when I tasted a little bit I couldn't eat if one of my great grandkids ate it they would have gotten sick.I sent a message to the company after a run around they wanted to know if I would accept a replacement tray which agreed to, after waiting for a few hours days they said they were out of stock so they would credit my son's account.I don't see how a company that sells all the products can be out of stock, also they have the tray shown on their website.I hope no one else has this problem.
Love Nuts.com products otherwise I would not continue to order from them. I'm in So. Cal so the weather can get hot and a heat resistant pack is usually included to help with my chocolate (yum) products. Only wish there were more Brazil Nuts in their Supreme Mixed Nuts only because they are one of my favs.
I've been a customer for quite some time, and it's quite easy to make purchases by clicking on past orders. This review replaces all my previous high ratings. My earlier orders were always significant, but this time I can only find three items available. The others have been discontinued, which is disappointing as those products were foundational for the company. It's unfortunate that the new management seems to have overlooked this. However, I must say that the three items I can still purchase are both healthy and fairly priced. I would buy more if they weren't perishable.
My order was delivered incorrectly, but the support team handled the situation brilliantly by replacing the gift I had sent. They were both friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with their service and the product, and I will definitely use them again!
They claim to offer gluten-free walnuts. I purchased three bags for my holiday baking, as I have celiac disease and was pleased to discover this site. However, the labeling on the so-called gluten-free walnuts indicates that the product is processed in the same facility as wheat and other allergens. This is not only misleading but also poses a serious risk for someone with celiac disease.

By "they," I refer to the outsourced support team and the automated phone and email systems they've implemented. A competent representative could have easily fixed the issue in minutes, or they could have opted for reliable carriers instead of questionable third-party providers.
As a loyal customer of this service, I have consistently found excellent products at fair prices, along with great customer support. I recently placed a large order that qualified for free shipping, but unfortunately, the shipping company lost it. After a few days, I contacted support, who quickly reshipped my order via express service. A+ for their customer service! Plus, every item received is top-notch.
While browsing products online, I accidentally placed an order due to saved information from previous purchases. I realized my mistake almost immediately, but there was no opportunity to cancel. 😩 I reached out to customer support, but they refused to honor the advertised free shipping or discounts.
