I got a pair of hearing aids that were very disappointing. The manual only covers the basics but fails to mention turning off the aids while charging to avoid squealing. The right aid lasted only 4 hours, not the advertised 12-20 hours, and the left aid won't turn off now. I did manage to get a refund, but I had to keep calling back due to disconnections while on hold. I wouldn’t recommend them.
