We had an emergency airport change from JFK to LaGuardia with an hour's notice...I just called and they jumped in and changed, no problem. The billing and receipting was there via email. Will always use them in NYC. Wish they were in Los Angeles! :)
I booked the limo for my 21st birthday and was disappointed with my driver. He was impatient and seemed to be annoyed with us. We were told we would have champagne in the car but that was not true and the "top shelf" vodka was anything but top shelf. Very disappointing.
