Other than not receiving a phone call upon my limo's arrival I have no complaints. The driver was excellent and very attentive and just generally pleasant. The financial transaction was smooth as well. I have used many different limo services and this one ranks right up there with the best and is competitively priced.
I had such a wonderful experience with this company, a old friend of mine recommended this company to me while i was planning my 1st trip to NY i decided to give them a try and my god I'm so glad i did!!! The person i spoke with over the phone i believe he's name was Archi was a very polite & detailed gentlemen gave me a very responsible price and explained pricing to me very precisely, when i arrived the driver greeted me helped with my luggage, the driver was as polite as the gentlemen i spoke with over the phone, he gave me wonderful suggestions on where to go to see interesting things in NYC i was so Pleased with the service i made sure to book the same company for my trip back.

NY City Limo is a very professional company. Our fabulous weekend started with an automatic upgrade and a very professional and courteous chauffeur ( Constantine). We used their service during our stay and every member of our family was completely satisfied! We all highly recommend NY City Limo, you won't be disappointed.
Driver had almost one hour delay, did not even appologized. Driver was rude and unfriendly.
The company is difficult to reach by phone in case of problems (had to call 10 times to get someone on the line and check where the driver was). I am a frequent traveller and that was the worst service ever!!
I was very happy with services provided by NY City Limo for my wedding on October 17th. The driver was very personable, professional and very accommodating. The limo was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this company for affordable pricing and great service.
Contacted the compaany for my wife and kids from Afghanistan. Was promised the driver would 1) be there on time, 2) identify himself at the gate, 3) and deliver flowers seperately (which i paid for) to my daughter and wife. NONE of that occurred. The driver was also late picking them up from the hotel the morning of departure. I will NEVER use this company again and communicate this to all I know traveling to NY and considering limo service.
Our first time as a family using a Limo service. Customer Service was by far most responsive of the many companies we looked at. That was the main reason for selecting them. Pickup driver was a little frustrated with my slow moving family (three young kids) but also amicable enough to help with taking photos. I was a little disappointed with the "fully stocked wet bar" which amounted to bottled water, some various cans of soda and an anonymous liquor in a bottle. No wine, beer or way of knowing what the liquor even was (the wetbar was included in the package price). Definitely was on time, no problem there. If I do it again I will probably try someone else, not because it was a bad experience, but also was not the WOW experience I was looking for taking my family to NYC and taking a Limo all for the very first time.
