First time in New York

We booked online from Australia and the booking process was smooth, confirmation came back quickly. Our Driver was waiting for us when we got through baggage collection and the Vehicle was excellent, Well maintained, very clean and our driver was very friendly. We had lots of questions about NYC on our drive in to our hotel and he very kindly answered everything for us. We had the same experience on our return back to JFK. The only negative is that although you are given a base price there are lots of taxes and extras that then become the final price. We found it was approx 40% more that the base price we were quoted. However the limo service beats having to get a shuttle and stop at every hotel on the way to your hotel which can take 2-3 hours. I will definately use NY City Limo again.

misleading website

I will never use this service again. Website made the transportation to and from the airport look like one price. I was charged for both trips, so I had to pay twice the price and it was impossible to reach a person to argue this charge. The transportation was clean and drivers nice. But price was the issue.

CAUTION: do not use these guys for a special occasion

These guys were late on my wedding day. Extremely rude when I called, said the driver was close. Eventually we took a taxi. Despite being forced to take a taxi on My wedding day
MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED BEFORE WE EVEN ARRIVED AT THE SERVICE.

NO PROBLEMS HERE!!!

I hired NYC limo and I was satisfied with their service. I was definitely a budget bride and they had the lowest prices in NYC. The limo driver was kind, on time and he took us wherever we needed to go. The limo was clean I would recommend this company.

Good service, bad experience

The limo was on time, no complaints there, but they sent the wrong car. I requested a black Mercedes and got a white stretch limo. While we were in church taking pictures, my sister went to tell the driver we are running 15 min late. The driver asked her for a credit card because the one on file declined..!! I'm sorry but you do not ask for a credit card the day of the wedding in the middle of our photo session. These things should be taken care of prior to the event. Very unprofessional.
Yes, our ceremony ran late, but they should not have charged us one hour extra saying that the driver was late to his next engagement. Why would you book events back to back.. It's a wedding, things happen, we were at most 30 min late. Anyways, after my husband got on the phone with the company, we were given back most of the additional charge they took. It was just aggravating. Limo companies need to learn to make the experience better.

I had booked a number of vehicles for a wedding on October 12. All the vehicles arrived on time to pick up guests at the hotel and transport them to the wedding venue. One driver of the vehicle transporting the bride's grandmother got lost. (There were major traffic issues that involved the closing of the Brooklyn Bridge that day but every other vehicle arrived on time).He refused to respond to passenger attempts to offer guidance using personal GPS and arrived 45 minutes late at the wedding venue in New York City. Since it was a late afternoon wedding in October, we lost the outdoor light for the photography. It is important to note that the venue was specifically booked because of its outdoor grounds,
The cocktail hour at the reception was cut short by the same amount of time. In essence we lost about 20% of our booked time at the venue -roughly $4,000 dollars. Passengers indicated that when the driver of the vehicle got out, an beer bottle fell to the ground. When I called NY City Limo on Monday they indicated that they would explore what happened and advise me. They never responded.
