I ordered several items, and for a week it showed "preparing for shipment." After numerous emails, they finally informed me that the items were damaged and had to be canceled. All four were damaged? Why did it take them so long to notify me? Extremely poor customer service! Avoid this!

I attempted to place an order and even called them, but I experienced hang-ups five times. I've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, along with my evidence of the hang-ups. They might go out of business soon, and I will keep everyone updated! This company is not reliable!
