Received my second order 16/2/26 delivered with a smile ! Came well packed. And on time. I would highly recommend OAKHOUSE foods to all ! I have gone from couldn’t be bothered cooking to eating a roast dinner and sweet everyday. Know prepping or washing dishes definitely a no win situation. I look forward to speaking to the lovely staff in north wales and placing another order.
The personal deliveries on a specified day from an identifiable driver is useful and prevents time staying in unnecessarily. The meals come frozen ready to transfer to the freezer.
The preparation time for main meals is invariably the same and features an easily removable film on completion.
The service provided removes the necessity for daily/weekly food shopping.
Where do I start? when the food was delivered the Driver was Late, so late I called to see where he was and when he did arrive he was Sarcastic and not the least bit Helpful. Then there's the food, The Hunters Chicken was at Best Bland, the Roast Chicken Dinner was a disappointment with little Gravy and Chicken that seemed Processed. Worst of all was the Cherry Pie with Pastry like Tracing Paper and filling that was both Sweet and Bitter, Two Mouthfuls and it went in the Bin. I realise most people like it Oak House but I will Not be Ordering again.
I have been ordering from the service for my parents for some time. Recently, they haven't been eating much. I tried a few meals to see for myself. The roast lamb dinner was terrible, way too salty and inedible. The pasta bolognese had barely any pasta and the tomato flavor was overwhelming. All the other meals were excessively salty as well. The only dish that was acceptable was the chicken kiev. I'm quite disappointed and will need to look for a different option.
The service is outstanding, and the meals are rich in flavor, with a great variety available. Deliveries are always timely and friendly. The support team is excellent—very professional and accommodating. I have no complaints and would highly recommend.
