I feel lucky for not having spent much money on the task, as I now know I probably wouldn't have gotten the money back.25th July 2024 I received a rejection letter on my offer. Am I surprised? No.
I completed every task within one offer but was only rewarded for half of them, including the very last task. There were 8 tasks total and I was rewarded for tasks 1, 3, 4, and 8. I waited the 24 hrs after completing the tasks to put in a ticket thru their offerwall on Freecash. It stated it get a reply within 5 business days. I didn't. In fact, it's been over a few weeks. Their website says you'll hear back within 7 business days the two times I've tried contacting a them a week apart thru their website, but still not a single word from the company, which is why I'm leaving this review. I understand they probably receive hundreds if not thousands of ticket requests daily for missing rewards, but don't advertise you'll get a response within a certain amount of time if it's not true. Don't tell users they'll be updated every step of the way if it's not true. I try to be patient but the reason I even do these offers is because with inflation and today's economy, times are rough, so in my spare time I like to try to supplement my income in fun ways. The amount I'm owed is rather significant and not just a couple bucks and is kinda needed, and it's just discouraging.
Disgusting scammers with the slowest and worst customer support i have ever witnessed. It took them 5 months instead of the promised 15-30 business days to get a response of "offer was not valid" after providing every proof of completion.
Followed all instructions of offer they presented to me through another service, and the offer never went pending. I submitted a ticket because of this, with all proof necessary including date and time and levels in the screenshots, and they rejected it after I waited an extended period of time, and with no explanation. Offertoro is unreliable and shady.
Completed 2 different offertoro “Torox” offers one was from MMWall which I found out after links you to offers on other offer walls, and one was directly from the Torox (offertoro) offerwall on freecash.com. After following the instructions meticulously step by step and taking screenshots as proof upon completion of each goal none of my progress tracked other then started the offer, so I waited the suggested time period and still nothing so then I submitted a ticket. When k finally got a response they asked me to provide more proof, I provided multiple screenshots showing the goals being met, the money deposited, the welcome emails for new members with dates and times, the transaction history, etc. and after that they left me over a week waiting, when I finally got a response it’s a email claiming that neither were valid completions even tho I did everything they asked and provided proof. Past it isn’t a valid completion they couldn’t say why.. they just list a bunch of reasons it could be. Not once did they actually converse with me it was all copy and pasted statements at me, no answers to my questions or anything like that. Offertoro does not credit their offers. Have about 10 offers i completed via LootUp. Don't know how many tickets I have sent to support, with prove that the offers we're completed. To this day, no response from the support team. My advice, don't waste your time with Offers from this unprofessional company.
Total scam operation. They'll pay out lower-paying offers, but rip you off if the payout is more than a few bucks. Contacting their support is pointless because they simply respond with a boilerplate email about how they're looking into it and then never respond to you again.
