The order proces is fast en efficient, aswell as the communication. The product is of a good quality, robust not the most technical advanced, but is works fine and provides the basic information you need.
Initially, I was sent a size 9 ring. This ring was clearly too large and did not match the measurements from the sizing kit I had used. After reporting this, a replacement in size 8 was sent to me. Unfortunately, this second ring was of extremely poor quality and NOT the colour I ordered.The rings I received seem identical to inexpensive models that can be purchased elsewhere for around €20, which makes the pricing difficult to justify. I requested to return the product and asked for a refund, but I never received a return form or clear return instructions. At this point, customer service has stopped responding entirely, and I still have not received my money back.Update: As of today, I am still waiting for a refund and have received NO further response from customer support. The customer service is VERY BAD!
Take your money elsewhere.Initially I was really happy when I discovered Focus ring online. A Dutch company, cheaper than other rings with no subscription.Turns out that the whole thing is a scam. Focus ring is an intermediary that resells cheap rings from China for a premium to Dutch people who are willing to pay 5 times the price.I wasn’t able to get the ring to work, ever. I sent support over 30 emails and finally they sent me the return label for me to ship the ring back. It arrived in their facilities 4 days ago and I still haven’t received my money back. Please don’t make my mistake and avoid the frustration by taking your money elsewhere.Update: one month later and around 10 emails later I received my money back.
I purchased a ring from Official Focus that was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox. After successfully providing my measurements and updating my size on the website, I waited eagerly for the delivery. However, the ring was never delivered, despite confirmation from the company.I was home on the delivery date, and my mailbox is locked, so I know it wasn't delivered. When I contacted customer service, they were initially unhelpful and stated there wasn't much they could do. After insisting, they mentioned I could get a refund, and I followed their instructions for that process. Unfortunately, since then, I have received no response to my follow-up inquiries. And now I also received an email saying that their email does not exist. I also add a message to my return process in their website and had no answer.I paid a significant amount for something I never received, and the entire experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Official Focus based on my experience.After my complaint they contacted me and a new ring was sent so the problem has been solved.
