Terrible experience, 0 customer support.
I had an EV charger installed with OK in August 2025. Their installation company drilled into my cables while installing and made a lot of issues with my house electrical panel. Instead of solving the problem, they deny having messed up and until now February 2026 nothing was solved. Terrible company, 0 customer service!
