I placed an order and within 5 minutes tried to email them for a cancellation and refund because I realized my sister had already bought the item for my mother. Their website claims you have 24 hours to cancel. Eventually, I received a response stating they had already begun processing my order. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Avoid this seller

Avoid this seller! The bracelet I ordered arrived last week, but my daughter didn't want to wear it. When I attempted to return it for a refund, I was informed that the return shipping would be too high, and I should keep the item instead. Essentially, I'm stuck with something I don't want, despite their supposed return policy. It's a scam!

Complete scam

The website showcases attractive packaging for items. I ordered three rings for different people, but they all arrived in a ziplock bag inside one box. One ring had birth flowers, which completely wore off after four months of wear. When I asked for a replacement, I was told I was out of warranty. The website states returns must be within 15 days and items must be unused. What a scam! I regret not researching this company more before my purchase.

I wouldn't even give this seller a single star! They are based overseas, and the items shipped do not resemble the pictures at all. Nothing is gold plated. DO NOT BE DECEIVED AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!
